RFI concerned the Women, Infants, Children and Youth waivers and the second RFI
assessed the
technical assistance needs of grantees and planning councils. The results from both are
being processed and summaries of the results will be posted on the Materials section of the website.

The intent of the focus groups is to gather information and develop training materials related to establishing linkages and referral relationships. Summarily, the material and information gathered in focus groups will be used to develop
presentations and distributional items for grantees and planning councils.
