CLT Program Information and Introduction

Introduction to CLT
The goal of CLT Learning Community (LC) #1 is to understand the connection between organizational capacity and the impact it has on the delivery of quality HIV primary care services to people living with HIV/AIDS.

LC#1 establishes the goals and objectives of the CLT project which include:

• The seven elements of organizational capacity;
• Ryan White CARE Act (CARE Act) requirements for organizations funded through the legislation;
• The elements of organizational development
• The elements of fiscal management; and
• Finally, participants learn about their organizational capacity development needs related to organizational development and fiscal management by completing a take home organizational self-assessment survey.

BB Wise Giving Guide
The BBB Wise Giving Guide, published quarterly, helps donors make informed giving decisions. The Guide currently includes a compilation of latest evaluation conclusions completed by the former National Charities Information Bureau and the former Philanthropic Advisory Service.
