Introduction to CLT
The goal of CLT Learning Community (LC) #1 is to understand the
connection between organizational capacity and the impact it has
on the delivery of quality HIV primary care services to people living
with HIV/AIDS.
LC#1 establishes the goals and objectives of the
CLT project which include:
- The seven elements of organizational capacity;
- Ryan White CARE Act (CARE Act) requirements for organizations
funded through the legislation;
- The elements of organizational development
- The elements of fiscal management; and
- Finally, participants learn about their organizational capacity
development needs related to organizational development and fiscal
management by completing a take home organizational self-assessment
survey.

Principles, along with fifty-five (55) Standards - more detailed
performance benchmarks which will enable nonprofits to strengthen
their operations

Wise Giving Guide
The BBB Wise Giving Guide, published quarterly, helps donors make
informed giving decisions. The Guide currently includes a compilation
of latest evaluation conclusions completed by the former National
Charities Information Bureau and the former Philanthropic Advisory
Service. The Guide also includes a variety of articles and features
