The
CARE ACT Title I Resource Center has been designed to serve as a central
resource for the education of Title I Grantees and Planning Council members
nationwide. The goal of the site is to provide a means for grantees and
planning council members to access information on issues related to the
reauthorization of the Ryan White CARE Act and to discuss issues related
to the administration of the Title I EMA.
