The CARE ACT Title I Resource Center has been designed to serve as a central resource for the education of Title I Grantees and Planning Council members nationwide. The goal of the site is to provide a means for grantees and planning council members to access information on issues related to the reauthorization of the Ryan White CARE Act and to discuss issues related to the administration of the Title I EMA.

About this project

In September 2001, the Foundation was awarded a Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), HIV/AIDS Bureau to support the implementation of the 2000 Reauthorization of the Ryan White CARE Act. The purpose of the project is to assist people and organizations that work with CARE Act funded programs in Title I EMAs to put into action the requirements of the CARE Act.
